Next Hunter/Equitation Show at Grazing Acres this Sunday, May 19!
May 14, 2013

We are excited for our next date in the 2013 Triangle Show Series, this SUNDAY, MAY 19, 2012 at Grazing Acres!

Here are a few things you need to know about Sunday's show:

1. The judge this Sunday will be Pam Tawes. Remember, at the end of the Series, we will send out a survey asking for feedback on how the season went for you, including the opportunity to comment on the judges you saw at each farm throughout the season. Please take note of the judges you particularly liked and didn't, and take the opportunity to let us know!

2. The Signature Class for the Healy Challenge will be an over fences course outside of the ring.  The outside courses are some of our favorites to watch for the Signature classes-- we can't wait to see this one!

3. Grazing Acres is continuing its tradition of FABULOUS prizes for its shows!

Winners of EACH CLASS will receive a choice of buckets, leadropes, fly spray and and all kinds of other fun and useful prizes. There will be Trophies for the Champions of EACH DIVISION (in addition to the Triangle sponsored trophies and prizes).

There will also be a special award from Grazing Acres for the Champion of the Healy Challenge, presented with much love in honor of the memory of Margaret T. Healy.

Please remember that you can pre-enter for Sunday's show either via telephone or online at the SHOW REGISTRATION section of this site. Pre-entered exhibitors enjoy a $2 discount per class!

If you have any questions about this week's show, please contact Grazing Acres via the contact information in the PARTICIPATING FARMS section of this website.

Hope to see everyone out for a great day!

Next Hunter/Equitation Show this Sunday, May 12 at Lewisville
May 6, 2013

We are excited for the next Hunter/Equitation show in the 2013 Triangle Show Series, this SUNDAY, MAY 12, 2013 at Lewisville!

Here are a few things you need to know about Sunday's show:

1. The judge this Sunday is Lauren Batts.  Remember, at the end of the Series, we will send out a survey asking for feedback on how the season went for you, including the opportunity to comment on the judges you saw at each farm throughout the season. Please take note of the judges you particularly liked and didn't, and take the opportunity to let us know!

2. The Signature Class for the Healy Challenge will be an over fences course, partly outside and partly inside the ring. This will be a REALLY fun class to see-- we can't wait!

3. Since Sunday is Mother's Day, Lewisville will be featuring a Mother's Day Hat Class! Come show off your best hat in honor of Mother's Day, at the first break around noon. The Kentucky Derby hats of last weekend will have nothing on the Triangle hats of this weekend. . .

4. Lewisville has been hard at work on renovations to their footing in their show ring! The ring has been completely reworked-- it looks terrific!

Please remember that you can pre-enter for Sunday's show either via telephone or online at the SHOW REGISTRATION section of this site. Pre-entered exhibitors enjoy a $2 discount per class!

If you have any questions about this week's show, please contact Lewisville via the contact information in the PARTICIPATING FARMS section of this website.

Hope to see everyone out for a great day!

Next Hunter/Equitation Show this Sunday, April 28 at Fairwinds!
Apr 23, 2013

We are excited for our next date in the 2013 Triangle Show Series, this SUNDAY, APRIL 28, 2013 at Fairwinds!

We have TONS of great information about Sunday's show. Please read through everything carefully!

1. This Sunday's judge will be none other than Melvin Dutton, who will be bringing his usual blend of expertise and good humor to the show ring. It is always a pleasure to have him-- we can't wait!

Remember, at the end of the Series, we will send out a survey asking for feedback on how the season went for you, including the opportunity to comment on the judges you saw at each farm throughout the season. Please take note of the judges you particularly liked and didn't, and take the opportunity to let us know!

2. The Signature Class for the Healy Challenge will be an Outside Course! The course will begin in the ring, with a jump out into a small, fenced field with a course of jumps. This outside course is very approachable and contained, so if you've been thinking about trying a Signature Class, this is a great one to experiment with!

3. Fairwinds plans terrific prizes for this week's show! ALL Division Champions and Reserves will receive prizes along with their ribbons. In addition, ALL riders in the Leadline and Micro Mini Divisions will receive prizes.

4. Fairwinds has made some impressive improvements to its show rings during the off season.  The outdoor ring has brand new fencing, and the indoor ring has been expanded by 15 feet, and has improved footing.  Come check out the changes, and let us know what you think!

5. Please remember that you can pre-enter for Sunday's show either via telephone to Fairwinds, or online at the SHOW REGISTRATION section of this site. Pre-entered exhibitors enjoy a $2 discount per class!

Sunday's weather is supposed to be absolutely lovely, so come join us for a beautiful Spring show day!
